"AC fan is on or off. There should be a thermostat to manage room temperature and wall unit. The unit is very noisy and does not need to run 24 hours.
High speed connection configuration is incorrect. Primary DNS entry does not resolve DNS requests. Front desk was less than helpful when reported. High speed provider recognized a problem and referred it back to the hotel for resolution. Problem was never resolved to satisfaction.
Reported a problem with the TV. Hotel staff resolved this quickly and efficiently.
Requested a refrigerator. Hotel delivered it promptly.
All staff (Housekeeping, Restaurant, Front Desk, Lounge) ... very very friendly and courteous.
Utensils for the buffet were laying in the food trays. Handle and all. This is a major health concern."
