"The room was not really a suite. The couch was heavily worn and had a cigarette burn hole in it(this is in a designated non-smoking room). We had to open the window during the day to clear the air of a mildew smell, which by the way aggravated my alergies to the point none of my medications would work. The only elevator went out once. The breakfast was not anything special. We decided to eat breakfast out at our added expense. My family and I rented three rooms for a combined total of eleven nights. None of us will return to this facility nor will we recommend your service. As we were checking in a man ahead of me rented a room for one night with no offer of a special rate, at what I understood to be the same special rate we received and he didn't have to pay the surcharge to your service."
